Kopi luwak is a rare gourmet coffee with less than 300 kilograms available each year at an accepted market price of approximately US$1,000 per kilogram (approx. US$400 per pound). Kopi luwak is produced in the stomach of a wild animal and is then hand collected from the jungle floor which means the supply of this most unusual beverage is definitely limited.
