Magimix Nespresso M 100 Automatic Espresso Machine
This is as simple as it gets. You have to buy the capsules from Nespresso, but if you're comparing the price to Starbucks or Caffe Nero, it's not bad. Insert the casule into the machine and press a button and you've got a perfect espresso.

108I've just been made a coffee through this machine and it tastes great! It comes with these little cartridges that look like double-sized thimbles that mixes with the water and comes up a great espresso within 30 seconds. Retails at about £120 or $240 by the looks of it.
