The color (magenta) is hot and the small form factor is quite stylish. The 3" screen is beautiful, but just be careful not to touch it. The scroll wheel is actually quite useful. The pictures are good quality and the image stabilization works well, just as you would expect from a Nikon.

Though like some people have noticed, the camera may tend to turn on by itself in the case, on virtue of the slightly protruding on button. Try to store the camera in a not-so-tight space so that this will be less likely.

Anyways the camera works well, and looks slick. As long as you're not expecting an SLR (look at the size and price of it, this is clearly a ridiculous expectation), it works fine.

I will actually be buying a few more to give to family.
