@seyDoggy I'm all Nikon. Use my old F3 lenses with my D40 now. The only drawback is the conversion ratio.(sensor size = diff than film size)

The lens that comes with Nikon D40 sucks in low light. (18-135mm 1:3.5-5.6) don't have a tripod and changing ISO takes too many menus. =\

@atomac Oh, and if you're considering Nikon you should get the D80 over the D60. If that's hard stretch, you might look at the D40 as well.
