Very SLOW response to any command change. Poor and confusing navigation. Very sensitive to the slightest problem with any disk Blu-ray or DVD so not suitable for use with rental disks. Firmware upgrades not corrective by any means, most recent update v3.8 done on 4/12/08.

I received this as a gift, I feel bad for the people that so generously gave me this item.

It does do a good job up-sampling DVDs, when it will play them.
