Presented is a pair of English, sterling silver gravy or sauce ladles made by Thomas Streetin of London in 1810. The front of each handle has a finely engraved crest of a fleur de lis. The back of each ladle is marked with the crowned leopard's head for London, the lion passant for sterling silver, a duty mark of the king's head, a date letter P for the year 1810 & a maker's mark for Thomas Streetin. This pair is in great overall condition, especially considering age. There is minor surface wear, but the engravings are crisp & there are no damages other than a couple of tiny dings to one of the bowls. Length: 6 5/8 inches. Weight: 93 grams.
