Overview
A charming antique 18th century Welsh oak dresser. The upper section of the antique oak dresser has a moulded cornice above a three shelf rack back with iron hooks. The lower section has an arrangement of three drawers each with wooden knob handles, & an under tier shelf or pot board with a shaped apron. The antique oak dresser is raised on square feet. Separates into two parts for ease of transport & movement. Item Ref; M-5417 . DIMENSIONS: Height - 197cm / Width - 147cm / Depth - 40.5cm . CONDITION REPORT: in good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks & scratches throughout. There is some loss to the back (pictured) as well as splitting to the surface top (pictured), however this does not affect the overall integrity of the piece. There is evidence of historic woodworm to the base of the Welsh dresser (pictured), however, this is now long gone & has been treated as a precaution.
