This thermometer is made of stainless steel. It has easy to read pointers, separate meat and oven scales. The oven and meat thermometer has 2 pointers-blue and red. The blue pointer indicates internal meat temperatures on the black scale with blue dots. The red pointer indicates oven temperatures on the red scale. The 2 pointers measure separately but simultaneously.
